Have you ever been driving down the road minding your own business, when a vehicle pulls up next to you, and you see someone tied up in the back. Maybe a flash of light thru the tinted windows and then its gone.
What do you do?
Keep driving? Mind your own business and not get involved?

Do you call the police, write down the license number and color make and model of the vehicle and which road its on, what direction it is headed?
Will it be your call that saves that persons life? or will you let them slip away?
