The word 'Greatness' is an Action, a Lifestyle, a Personality, and Ultimately... a Choice.
Every Human Being will deal with Obstacles and Challenges and the Peer Pressure of Society. What Makes them Different, What is the Source of there Results, is the Choices they make.
Think About it.
Some would rather turn on the TV and be entertained by someone else's life, someone who is living Their Dream. Instead of coming home and Entertaining themselves by Living Their Own Dreams. Some choose to Complain, to Criticize, to Condemn, to Gossip, to Nit-Pik, to Curse, to Kill the Dreams of Others, to Suck Away the Joy from those around them. And when they look at the results, see that they are living a life that is NOT good - they are overweight, on medication, occasional alcoholics/drug users, abusive (mentally, physically), dissatisfied, depressed, and apathetic - they BLAME others, COMPLAIN More, and the ACTION they take is to Continue to Do More of the Same!!!!
Now, Take a Look at Everyone who has ever been considered GREAT.
They CHOOSE Greatness. They CHOOSE Great Things. They CHOOSE to DO Great Activities.
In every way - they ARE GREAT.
WHY?
They DECIDED that they wanted that kind of life.
Once they made the choice, there was No Going Back - and then they DAILY began to DO the actions that would lead them to a life of their dreams.
Compare the Differences:
Great People Bring JOY and High Energy INTO Every Situation (just a choice, by the way - anyone can do that), Great People SOLVE Problems, Praise Others, Encourage Others, Speak Highly of Others, Focus on the GOOD in Others and in Life, Bring the Dreams of Others to Life, and Choose to Use their WORDS with Respect and Care.
Great People Treat Others with Gentleness and Kindness, Great People Treat themselves with the same, Great People Exercise, Control what they Eat, Participate in Life, Work Towards the Purpose they have choosen, Give Back to the Community, Give Back to Others, Share Appreciation and Love, and Believe in the Power of their Vision.
Great People Look at the Results in their Lives and GET EXCITED !!! Even the Parts that aren't Fantastic Yet, even those parts are Moving in the Right Direction and Soon Will be Awesome!!!
How is that Possible?
Because the Great Person DECIDED from NOW ON, that they would Accept NOTHING LESS.
And then they began to DO What it Takes to Make Changes and Make Progress.
