You are getting mad at yourself, because you did not say anything.
I just want to let you know that you are not alone.
This happens to so many people, people who could have said something, when they choose to keep quite. Just look at this as practice. Now pretend like you did say something, and ask yourself, 'was it worth it?' 'Are you really happy now, or do you regret what you said?'
In other words - Move on, let it go, and start getting some rest.
Stop allowing others to steal your sleep away, this is a trick of the enemy.
