King James Version Amos chapter 3 verse 3
"Can two walk together, except they be agreed?"
When you are with someone that believes like you believe, it is way easier to work with them and have conversations with them and as a team get great results with them.
When someone doesn't believe what you believe, they will most likely speak negatively against you and what you do. Whether on purpose or unconsciously, they will resist or hinder what you are working to accomplish.
In other words, when going to a church you will believe in what you are reading and hearing and praise God for it and start seeing results, or if not you will speak against what you hear and see no benefit!
Teamwork allows for greater achievement than working by yourself. Teamwork doesn't work without a team. A team doesn't work without a shared vision, shared beliefs, shared lifestyle/actions, and a shared philosophy.
God's word doesn't benefit you UNLESS you are part of the Team!
You have to share the vision, the belief, the philosophy, and the lifestyle! You have to have 'a place in you for Jesus's word', submitting to and allowing God to work in your life.
Your lifestyle must be Transformed to experience the fullness of salvation!!
