Deep Thinking is all about helping you to be more comfortable in a situation without over-reacting or over-thinking.
This way you can be prepared, instead of going home and thinking about what you could have done or could have said that would have been better.
I will give you an example: Have you ever said something and wished you didn't say it? It stirred up more trouble than you were already in. Sometimes it truly is wisdom to keep your mouth shut.
